Saddle Reflocking:  English

• $325 for full saddle reflocking
• $350 for foam to wool conversion
• There is an additional $25 charge for reflocking synthetic saddles

• A flocking recheck appointment is suggested 6-8 weeks after all reflockings. There is no charge for time and up to a $15 charge for additional materials. However, if your flocking recheck occurs more than 120 days after the reflocking, time and materials charges may apply. See the Saddle Reflocking Information Sheet for more details.

• Maintaining the wool flocking inside your saddle is an important component of your horse's health, but it does not mean the saddle fits your horse properly. Even a brand new saddle that has been well flocked may not fit your horse. Saddle reflocking is no different.  If you have questions or concerns about proper saddle fit, Ilene Nessenson at Holistic Horse Bodyworks is happy to assist you. Saddle fitting is not automatically included in the saddle reflocking services or rates. Saddle fitting and saddle reflocking are two distinct but related aspects of overall equine care.

Saddle Tree Adjusting: English

• $225 for up to one size adjustment (wider or narrower)
• Includes free saddle safety check
• $35 for full saddle oiling/reconditioning when purchased with a tree adjustment which is a $10 discount
• Note: Not all English saddle trees can be adjusted.  Free consultation available to find out if your saddle tree can be adjusted.

Yoga For Horse and Rider

• $155 for 1 hour and 45 minute session
• Session options include equine bodywork, rider (human) yoga and equine yoga in any combination desired
• $50 per hour for private human yoga session

Tack Repairs
Services offered include:

• Billet strap replacement:  $20 per billet.  $20 additional charge if front panel needs to be dropped and reattached. $40 additional charge if both front and back panels need to be dropped and reattached.
  
• Balance strap addition, repair and replacement
• Keeper replacement:  $10 per keeper.  Keeper bridle attachment charges extra depending on bridle.
  

• D ring additions to English Saddle.  $15 per ring plus $20 to drop and reattach back panel.  $20 additional charge if front panel needs to be dropped and reattached.
  

• Saddle, bridle, girth, cinch and other tack stitching repairs
• Other miscellaneous repairs

  Canine Bodywork and Massage

• $65 for 45 minute session
• $45 for 30 minute session

Horse and House Sitting

• $100 for morning, evening and overnight services for up to 4 horses and a limited number of other animals
• Services for horses include turn out, turn in, 2 feedings per day including meds and stall cleaning
• Additional charges may apply for mid-day services for horses and/or other animals
• Day only rates vary by services needed, location, number of horses and other animals
• A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total cost of the house sitting engagement is required for all house sitting engagements that fall on or within the following dates: May 20th-27th; July 1st-6th; November 20th-30th and December 15th-January 5th. If the deposit is not received by Holistic Horse Bodyworks within 7 calendar days from the date the reservation was made, the reservation shall automatically be considered null and void.

Standard Service Area:

• 30 mile radius from NW Portland
• Additional charges and conditions apply outside the standard service area
• Travel throughout US
• Customer responsible for all shipping charges for saddles and tack repairs which are extra

• Holistic Horse Bodyworks is not responsible for any items left more than 30 days after notification to customer item is ready for pick up
• 60 day warranty on all repairs (except for normal wear and tear) unless otherwise stated in writing

Cancellation Policy:  A $35 charge will be assessed for all appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice.

Returned Checks:  A $35 fee will be charged for all returned checks.  Repairs will not be completed on items if the deposit check has been returned.  Customer is responsible for picking up item within 30 days of notification that check has been returned.
