Equine Massage

• $110 for 1 hour and 15 minute session
• $105 for 1 hour and 15 minute session after 8 sessions within a 12 month calendar year
• $155 for 1 hour and 45 minute session

Saddle Fitting (English & Western)

• $110 for 60-70 minute saddle fitting session.  Includes structural and functional saddle evaluation on and off your horse and white pad/chalk impression of saddle fit while riding
• $90 for 60-70 minute basic saddle fitting session if purchased with massage or saddle reflocking
• $189 for Saddle Solutions ^SM Standard Saddle Fitting Package. Includes two saddle fitting sessions and up to 15 minutes of phone or email support.
• Session 1 (60-70 minutes): Includes a full body evaluation of horse, structural and functional assessment of current saddle (if any), preparation of customized templates of horse's back for use in saddle shopping, instruction in key saddle fitting basics, and saddle shopping recommendations
• Session 2 (60-70 minutes): Includes a structural and functional assessment of trial saddle on and off your horse and white pad/chalk impression of saddle fit while riding. Purchase/No purchase recommendation
• $299 for Saddle Solutions^SM Deluxe Saddle Fitting Package.  Includes two saddle fitting sessions and up to one hour of phone and email support.

Saddle Reflocking (English)

• $325 for full saddle reflocking
• $335 for foam to wool conversion
• There is an additional $25 charge for reflocking synthetic saddles
• Flocking recheck appointment suggested 6-8 weeks after initial reflocking.  No charge for time.  Up to a $15 charge for additional wool.

• Maintaining the wool flocking inside your saddle is an important component of your horse’s health, but it does not mean the saddle fits your horse properly.  Even a brand new saddle that has been well flocked may not fit your horse.  Saddle reflocking is no different.  If you have questions or concerns about proper saddle fit, Ilene Nessenson at Holistic Horse Bodyworks is happy to assist you.  Saddle fitting is not automatically included in the saddle reflocking services or rates.  Saddle fitting and saddle reflocking are two distinct but related aspects of overall equine care.
• A free 15 minute consult is included with all saddle reflockings. Additional consultation time is billed at the rate of $110 per hour in 15 minute increments.
• A non-refundable 50% deposit is required for each saddle being reflocked.

Yoga For Horse and Rider

• $155 for 1 hour and 45 minute session
• Includes one hour equine massage, 25 minute rider yoga session and 20 minute equine yoga session

Saddle, Bridle and Other Tack Repairs

• Services offered include: Girth strap repair and replacement; Balance strap addition, repair and replacement; Keeper replacement; Saddle, bridle and other tack stitching repairs; Other miscellaneous repairs
• Prices vary depending on nature of repair needed. Free quotes given prior to repair
• All repairs are hand sewn for added security

Horse and House Sitting

• $100 for morning, evening and overnight services for up to 4 horses and a limited number of other animals
• Services for horses include turn out, turn in, 2 feedings per day including meds, and stall cleaning
• Additional charges may apply for mid-day services for horses and/or other animals
• Day only rates vary by services needed, location, number of horses and other animals
• A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total cost of the house sitting engagement is required for all house sitting engagements that fall on or within the following dates: May 20th-27th; July 1st-6th; November 20th-30th and December 15th-January 5th. If the deposit is not received by Holistic Horse Bodyworks within 7 calendar days from the date the reservation was made, the reservation shall automatically be considered null and void.

Dog Massage

• $65 for 45 minute session
• $45 for 30 minute session

Standard Service Area:

• 30 mile radius from NW Portland
• Travel throughout US.  Additional charges and conditions apply outside the standard service area

Cancellation Policy: A $35 charge will be assessed for all equine massage, dog massage and saddle fitting appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice.

Returned Checks : A $35 fee will be charged for all returned checks.
