Yoga for Horse and Rider Rates

$155 for 1 hour and 45 minute session
Session options include equine bodywork, rider (human) yoga and equine yoga in any combination desired
$50 per hour for private human yoga session.

Benefits of Yoga For Horse and Rider

Improves rider flexibility, strength and breathing
Teaches rider basic equine muscle stretches to benefit the horse between massages
Reduces transference of physical and structural asymmetries riders "bring to the horse" further enhancing performance and deepening the horse/rider relationship.

Cancellation Policy: A $35 charge will be assessed for all appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice.

Returned Checks: A $35 fee will be charged for all returned checks.
