Policies & Farm Calls
- Farm call charges are in addition to the charges stated in the document above. Farms call charges will be split if there are 3 or more horses in a single barn or location with appointments the same day.
- Standard service area includes Oregon, Washington, California and Idaho.
- Large group appointments outside the standard service area can be accommodated throughout the US.
- No refunds
Cancellation Policy: A $35 charge will be assessed for all appointments canceled with less than 48 hours notice.
Returned Checks: A $35 fee will be charged for all returned checks.
